Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

This cloud storage platform (the “MadaniyatCloud”) is an internal information system developed for use by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The System is not intended for public use and is accessible only to authorized users whose accounts are created and managed by system administrators.

By accessing or using the System, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

2. User Access and Accounts

  • There is no public registration on the System.
  • User accounts are created, modified, and deleted exclusively by authorized administrators.
  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Any activity performed under a user account is considered to be performed by the account holder.

3. Permitted Use

Users are permitted to use the System solely for:

  • Storing, accessing, and managing work-related files and documents;
  • Performing tasks related to the organization’s internal operations.

Users must not:

  • Use the System for personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes;
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content;
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or gain unauthorized access to data;
  • Interfere with the normal operation or security of the System.

4. Content Responsibility

  • Users are fully responsible for the content they upload, store, or share within the System.
  • Uploaded materials must comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and internal organizational policies.
  • The organization reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Data Storage and Availability

  • The System is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • While reasonable measures are taken to ensure data integrity and availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
  • The organization may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily limit access to the System.

6. Monitoring and Logging

  • User actions within the System may be logged for security, auditing, and operational purposes.
  • Logs may include login events, file operations, and access history.
  • Monitoring is conducted strictly for internal security and compliance needs.

7. Termination of Access

The organization reserves the right to suspend or revoke a user’s access:

  • In case of violation of these Terms;
  • Upon termination of employment or contractual relationships;
  • At the discretion of system administrators for security or operational reasons.

8. Amendments

These Terms of Use may be updated or modified by the organization at any time. Updated versions take effect upon publication within the System.


Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how personal and operational data is collected, processed, and stored within the internal cloud storage System.

2. Data Collected

The System may collect and store the following data:

  • User identification data (e.g., username, role, department);
  • Authentication-related data;
  • Files, documents, and metadata uploaded by users;
  • System logs and activity records.

No data is collected for marketing or public profiling purposes.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is processed exclusively for:

  • Providing access to the System and its functionality;
  • Ensuring system security and integrity;
  • Internal auditing and compliance;
  • Supporting organizational workflows.

4. Data Access and Confidentiality

  • Access to stored data is limited to authorized users and administrators.
  • Administrators may access user data only when required for system maintenance, security, or legal compliance.
  • All reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

5. Data Retention

  • Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational or legal requirements.
  • Upon account deletion, user data may be archived or removed in accordance with internal policies.

6. Data Sharing

  • Data stored in the System is not shared with third parties, except where required by law or official government requests in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. User Rights

Users have the right to:

  • Request information about their stored data;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data through administrators;
  • Report suspected security or privacy violations.

8. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the System evolves or legal requirements change. Updates become effective upon internal publication.
